Education

Making a difference by Inspiring young people

Toyota Motor Manufacturing (UK) Ltd is committed to supporting education within our local communities and aims to motivate and encourage young people to be the best they can be. We support Young People to understand the world of work and employer expectations.

Our aim is to make a difference to the lives of young people and help them to overcome and understand the challenges they may face on their education and career journey, whilst exploring future educational pathways and career options which suit their own needs, personality, qualifications and skill base.

Our school programmes are designed to engage young people through motivating and fun activities to achieve their full potential. We support schools with their curriculum, linking the workplace through STEM and other subjects including English and Geography.

We work closely with a number of schools and offer a suite of programmes starting from primary, through to secondary and on to sixth form. These programmes offer an innovative partnership between business and education and link activity to help schools achieve their Gadsby Career Benchmarks.

Young people are pivotal in securing a sustainable future for the manufacturing and engineering sector at all academic levels.
